How Your Digital Files Are Delivered
Once your payment is complete, your crochet pattern files are delivered:

Instantly to the email address you used at checkout

Immediately on the order confirmation page

Automatically through Shopify’s secure digital delivery system
There are no shipping fees, no waiting times, and no physical parcels.
Accessing Your Downloads
You can download your files in three ways:

From the order confirmation page right after checkout

From the download link in your email
-
From your account order history (if you created an account)
Your files remain available for future access unless you delete your account.
If You Have Trouble Downloading
If your files are:

missing
-
corrupted
-
not downloading
-
sent to the wrong email
just email us at larabellecrochet@gmail.com and we’ll resend them.
We respond quickly and make sure you receive your pattern.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally buy the same pattern twice, contact us and we’ll resolve it by:

re‑sending the files, or
-
offering store credit
Refunds
Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final.
