These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Larabelle website and the purchase of our digital crochet patterns (“Products”). By accessing our website or purchasing any Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Larabelle

Larabelle provides digital crochet patterns for personal use. All Products are delivered electronically and no physical items are shipped.

2. Digital Products

All Products sold on our website are digital downloads. Once your payment is completed, your files are delivered instantly to the email address you provided and available on the order confirmation page.

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

3. Personal Use Licence

When you purchase a crochet pattern from Larabelle, you are purchasing a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the pattern for personal, non‑commercial use only.

You may not:

redistribute, resell, or share the pattern
upload the pattern to any website or platform
claim the pattern or design as your own
use the pattern for commercial production without written permission

You may:

make the finished item for personal use
gift finished items to others
post your finished makes online (credit appreciated)

If you wish to use a pattern commercially, please contact us for permission.

4. Account Information

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We are not liable for any unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its approved payment providers.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All patterns, images, branding, and content on the Larabelle website are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or Products for:

illegal or fraudulent activity
infringement of intellectual property
distribution of our digital files
harmful or disruptive behaviour

We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larabelle is not liable for:

interruptions to digital delivery
errors caused by third‑party services (Shopify, payment providers, email services)
indirect or consequential damages
