Refund policy

Because our products are digital crochet pattern downloads, all sales are final. Once your purchase is completed, the files are delivered instantly to your email, and therefore we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 

Why we don’t accept refunds

• Digital files cannot be 'returned' in the same way physical items can.

• Once the pattern has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be revoked.

• This protects our original designs and prevents unauthorised distribution.

If you experience an issue

We’re always here to help. If your file is:

• not downloading,

• corrupted,

• missing,

• or you entered the wrong email address,

please contact us at larabellecrochet@gmail.com and we’ll make sure you receive your pattern.

Accidental purchases
Because delivery is instant, we cannot refund accidental purchases. Please double check your cart before completing checkout.

Duplicate orders
If you accidentally purchased the same pattern twice, contact us and we’ll resolve it by re‑sending the files or offering store credit.
